I have the 3 garden version and just…

I have the 3 garden version and just bought some new seeds!
I had a success with the first one and now om on to some chili plants.
Compared to they said 12-18 Days delivery it only took around 4 business Day!
I really love this product!
Plug it in and its on for 16 hours and off for 8 and like a morning lamp in the Winter times! ????????

Order from Amazon for reliable and fast delivery

I loved the idea of the Smart Garden and the story of the founder, so I placed a large order direct with the company, instead of Amazon (where most but not all of the products are also available within 24 hours) - as I wanted to support this small innovative company Click & Grow. Alas, 2 weeks later, I am still waiting and with no idea when my Smart Gardens will arrive, and all this time knowing that I could have received the same products at the same price within 24 hours from Amazon. How very frustrating. Click & Grow will never build a loyal fan base if customers get a much faster and more reliable service from Amazon.

I thought the garden was supposed to be…

I thought the garden was supposed to be smart, there is nothing smart about it. You have to wake up at 5am to plug it in otherwise it runs to long into the night. I also thought the app would link to the garden which it does not. Cheaper gardens have more features then this rubbish

Their app was upgraded to include a Bluetooth smartgarden pro but now everytime I access the app I get annoying pop up to go to settings to allow smartgarden to access Bluetooth devices on my network which I don’t need as I don’t have a Bluetooth garden.
I have had enough. I started my subscription up again after you messing up my last order, then rectified it. I will be cancelling in 7 days if you haven’t fixed this annoying app upgrade pop up message. I am now wondering whether I should have bought aerogarden instead

Like my garden but annoyed with poor service

Like my garden but subscription item was out of stock, message told me my payment had failed, called bank to find out it hadn’t even been tried for taking payment. Couldn’t amend any orders, communication slow and incorrect info in emails. Cancelled subscription unhappy with service

Over priced!

It feels like a great idea to buy one but don't..
Its extremely over priced for what you get.
We bought the 9 plant version, and with 9 plants in its overgrounded and the plants compete with each other, leading to a bit of a mess.
We now only use 5 of the 9, but feels a little short changed...
The plants that grow are ok, but appear to be taking forever to actually grow?
When raised with customer support they question how often we fill the water, the average room temperature and other growing conditions, to which I didn't realise I was a professional grower, I thought this was meant to be a little bit DIY growing????
Overally I'd avoid and not pay for the premium price

DON'T BELIEVE THE PRICE THEY QUOTE YOU

I received an unsolicited e.mail ad for the "Smart Garden 3" from Click and Grow and the product looked good, so I ordered it as a Christmas present. (I received today the same ad, advertising it at NOK1,068.24). I knew that I could buy it locally at a similar (actually cheaper) price -NOK 999, but due to covid I thought the better option was to have it delivered directly from the vendor. After a long wait and no communications (see other reviews), the product eventually arrived and I considered the subject closed. I didn't mind paying a little more for the convenience of having the product delivered. However the following day I was shocked to receive a bill from customs for NOK 414. While I expect that Click and Grow has hidden the info that you may be charged additional customs duty/taxes in the small print somewhere to protect themselves, there is no mention of it up front (I would certainly not have ordered from them if so). They quote a price in local currency (NOK) and should stick to it. I ended up paying about 50% more than i could have paid simply walking into a shop and buying the same product locally.
I complained to them and as expected from looking at other complaints on Trustpilot, I have heard nothing back except for an automated reply.
By presenting their product in your local currency and by carefully avoiding mention of customs duties up front, they give the impression that the price they quote you is the price you pay. It is not.
DO NOT BUY FROM CLICK AND GROW

Replacement lamp came after all plants had died

Where the Smart Garden 9 was delivered relatively fast, the light bar lasted less than one week. Here's where my 1-star review comes in. I emailed C/S to ask for a replacement light bar on August 28, since the product has a 1-year warranty, and I wasn't even one week into owning it. I also let them know that one 3-set of plants that had initially grown was now dead. I heard back, after writing them a second time a week or two later. So they agreed to send a light bar replacement and a new 3-pack, and threw in an extra (but not wanted) different plant. The order arrived finally on Sept. 23, and by then ALL the plants had been dead one week. They should have replaced all the plants, especially knowing that the replacement light bar wouldn't come for another 3-4 weeks. I've planted what they sent just to see how (or if) the product works, but my overall feeling about this company is a very bad customer service. The person is nice, but it's overall completely ineffective.

HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE. Order placed 8/27/2020 with an estimated delivery date of 9/10-9/15. I emailed customer service 9/16 because a tracking number was never provided it just says they confirmed my order, no response to first email so I forwarded it back to them requesting a response on 9/19, it is 9/22 and I haven't heard from them since I placed the order on 8/27. They have not responded to my emails or given me an update on my order. it is almost a full 30 days since order was placed and a full week after my order should have been delivered. I will have to cancel on my credit card but by far THE WORST company I have ever seen.

Scammers don’t ship

Ordered on August 3rd, still haven’t received the order. It hasn’t even been shipped. Customer service is atrocious, keep telling me its shipped when tracking clearly says ‘Label Created’. Do not purchase anything here.

I love Click & Grow

I love Click & Grow. I got the smart garden 9 for my mum for Christmas and we are both addicted! I’m also part of a Facebook community of people who have the click and grow and some people do mention very slow delivery times however I’ve ordered 4 times now and haven’t had any issues.
I had some issues with the last batch of plants whereby aphids seemed to appear everywhere. I emailed and was sent replacement pods as well as 3 extra pods as a gift. Really great service.
